Camp Hillcrest can accommodate up to 30 people in total across our Bunkhouse, Flat, Horsebox, Caravan and Gypsy Wagon, and includes unlimited use of the indoor skate park and games room. Plus - with the place to yourselves you'll enjoy the benefits of privacy and having the space exclusively for your group.
Whats Included
Enjoy evenings outdoors around the fire, scrambling over the tree nets, alfresco dining under our covered eating area. You can cook meals and hang out in the bunkhouse, which has a good sized kitchen and dining area and several comfy sofas. Amplified music until late is allowed in the Bunkhouse, but bear in mind that there must be no amplified sound in any outside area after 10pm.
Sleeping spaces
The sleeping areas included in your booking will be:
Bunkhouse
- Downstairs Room - Sleeps up to 3 in a double bed + single bunk above. This room has disabled access.
- Upstairs Room #1 - Sleeps up to 5 in single bunks.
- Upstairs Room #2 - Sleeps up to 8 in single bunks.
- 3 downstairs shower and toilet rooms, one with disabled access.
Flat
- Room #1 - Sleeps up to 5 - King size bed, bunk beds and single sofa bed.
- Room #2 - Sleeps up to 3-4 - Small double bed and double sofa bed.
- Shower and toiler room, accessible by both rooms via the landing.
Horsebox
- Sleeps up to 4 in two double beds.
- External covered shower and compost toilet area.
Caravan
- Sleeps up to 4 - Double bed and 2 single bunks.
- Toilet and sink, with use of showers in the bunkhouse.
Wagon
- Sleeps 1-2 in a small double bed.
- Has lights and a wood burner but no running water or toilet/shower, but use of bunkhouse facilities.
Maximum number of guests is 30 for entire site bookings (including children).
Luxury Included
Relax in style in our outdoor hot tub for 2 nights of your stay, included when you book the Entire Site for 2 or more nights. Only available for bookings in April to October
Enjoy Full Use of Our Games Room
Pool, darts, table tennis and table football all available during your stay to enjoy when you like.
Want to go late?
Any noisy activities outside must cease by 10pm - after which things can be moved in to the bunkhouse.

Book the entire site at Camp Hillcrest below! Up to 30 guests and full use of the indoor skate park, games room and other facilities. Hot tub is included for all stays of 2 nights or more in April - October.
Booking the Entire Site requires a £200 deposit which will be debited from your payment card when the booking is confirmed.

Occupied
Check in is after 3pm on your arrival day, and check out is before 10am on your departure day. If your check-out day is Sunday a later check-out is available.

Bunkhouse
The Bunkhouse is situated in the beautiful Wye Valley just off Offa's Dyke and sleeps up to 16 people. You can book the whole bunkhouse, one of the rooms or just a single bunk. We have 2 dorms - one sleeps 8 and the other sleeps 5 - plus a double room with disabled access that sleeps up to 3 people.

The Horsebox is perfect for those looking to enjoy the facilities of Camp Hillcrest but have their own private space, or simply for a rural getaway to appreciate the Wye Valley. It is equipped with 1 bedroom, with enough space for 4 guests (2 double beds).
